Are you a Business Development Manager with have a burning desire for success? Earworm is seeking an ambitious manager to help us bring our inspiring podcast production services to the corporate world. If you’re a sales dynamo with a passion for audio and skill for engaging conversations, we want you on our team!

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing corporations and businesses to the incredible potential of podcasting. Your mission is to persuade them that Earworm is the perfect partner for crafting their bespoke audio masterpieces.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Identifying and targeting high-potential corporate leads leaves no stone unturned in your quest for podcast dominance.
  2. Crafting compelling sales pitches and proposals that showcase Earworm’s unique value and convey the transformative power of podcasting.
  3. Nurturing relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process, and converting leads into loyal customers.
  4. Collaborating with our creative and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients, delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
  5. Setting ambitious sales targets and employing creative strategies to smash them drives Earworm’s growth and expands our client base.
 

Who we’re looking for:

  1. A person with a hunger for success, eager to spread the message of Earworm’s cutting-edge audio services.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a creative agency or the podcasting industry.
  3. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, able to captivate audiences and inspire businesses to embrace the podcast revolution.
  4. A self-starter, unafraid to take risks and relentlessly pursue new opportunities for growth.
  5. A natural networker, adept at building lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
