At Earworm, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the podcasting industry, and we’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our ranks. If you’re passionate about audio and love the idea of working closely with corporate clients to create innovative podcast experiences, this could be the role for you!

As our Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ podcast adventures by managing their projects from concept to completion. You’ll be their main point of contact, ensuring their expectations are not only met but blown out of the water. Get ready to make some noise!

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Building relationships with our corporate clients and understanding their unique needs and goals to deliver high-quality podcast projects.
  2. Collaborating with our creative team to develop innovative podcast concepts and strategies that break the mould and push the boundaries.
  3. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure the highest quality and a smooth production process.
  4. Providing regular progress updates to clients and managing feedback loops keeps them engaged and excited about their podcast journey.
  5. Identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
 

Who we’re looking for:

  1. A rebel with a cause – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within a creative agency or the podcasting industry.
  3. Outstanding communication skills – able to effectively convey ideas, manage expectations, and forge strong client relationships.
  4. Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  5. A true team player, eager to collaborate with our band of creative rebels and contribute to Earworm’s overall success.
