“High-quality content that drove 1M+ views and real leads.” - Marketing Manager, No Stress (Pulsetto)
We make shows for some very big brands. Sometimes from a studio. Sometimes from the other side of the world. Occasionally while trying to work out why a camera has decided today is the day it no longer wants to be a camera. We're three years old, growing quickly, and we've just been named Marketing & Advertising StartUp of the Year at the UK StartUp Awards. Now we're looking for another brilliant Account Manager to join us.
You'll own a group of Earworm clients and become one of the most important people in their relationship with us. You'll know what's happening, what's coming next, what's running late, what needs fixing and where we could be doing more.
You'll keep projects moving and clients happy, but we don't want someone who's just good at managing a to-do list. We want you to get under the skin of the brands you work with. Understand what they're trying to achieve. Bring them ideas. Challenge them when there's a better way of doing something. And spot opportunities for us to grow the relationship.
You'll be responsible for things like:
You've probably worked in an agency, production company, content studio or similar environment before. You know how to manage clients and projects. You understand creative work. And you've got enough commercial instinct to recognise when a great client relationship could become a bigger one.
You don't need to know everything about podcasts. We can teach you that. What matters more is that you're curious, organised and good with people. You take ownership. You communicate clearly. And when something isn't quite right, your instinct is to sort it rather than wait for someone else to notice.
You'll probably enjoy this role if you're:
Because we're at a genuinely exciting point in the business. We've gone from three founders with an idea to a growing team working with major brands in just over three years. And we're nowhere near finished.
We're ambitious about the agency we want to build, the work we want to make and the clients we want to work with. That means there's a lot of opportunity here for people who want to take ownership and grow with us.
We move quickly. We try things. Sometimes they work brilliantly. Sometimes they don't and we change them.
If you need five layers of approval before making a decision, Earworm probably isn't for you. If you like having ownership, bringing ideas to the table and helping build something that's still going somewhere, it probably is.
We'd love to hear from you. Applications take a couple of minutes through our form.
