Required standards
All employees, contractors, affiliates and third-party service providers must:
- Clearly identify Earworm Agency Limited and the individual sender.
- Send only relevant and appropriately targeted business communications.
- Provide a clear and straightforward method of opting out.
- Promptly add opt-out requests to the organisation's global suppression list.
- Stop further marketing communication after a recipient requests removal.
- Avoid misleading sender names, subject lines, links and redirect domains.
- Comply with applicable privacy and electronic communications laws.
Prohibited activity
Purchased mass-mailing lists, indiscriminate bulk distribution, misleading sender information and attempts to evade spam filtering are prohibited.
Reporting suspected misuse
Suspected misuse of an Earworm Agency domain can be reported to abuse@earworm.co.
Reports will be investigated and appropriate corrective action will be taken.
